Westow is north east of York and has had a pétanque terrain for many years but it’s time to move on to a new location. It’s all explained in the story of the crowdfunder they’ve set up which has a video and much more information which you can see at this link below:

Huddersfield used a crowdfunder 5 years ago to build the log cabin and flat area, buy tables and chairs and other items. We raised over £1,100 some from members, some from other pétanque players around the country and some from anonymous donors. If everyone gives just £10 to Westow there’s a good chance they will reach their £2,000 target. They’re nearly a third of the way already.
